Sheesh, it's not like that "footage" was even super realistic either. You could see the really obvious jagged edges and circular smoke artifacts.

ITV has apologised after footage it said was from an IRA propaganda video was in fact from a computer game.

'Human error' doesn't really cover this. Looks more like an attempt to damage control a monumental journalism fail. The explanation just doesn't do it for me.
