I have a Sager 5690 notebook and I am currently experiencing some problems with my internal bluetooth (which is made by widcomm). I have reinstalled it many times, but when I try to use the bluetooth (or "start" it), I get the following error message:

"Bluetooth device not found. Please verify that your bluetooth device is properly connected and turned on."

I know that it is turned on, because there is a status light that indicates this. Does anyone have any ideas on how I could solve this problem?

It may be a problem with this hardware... Perhaps sending it for service?
