I have a D-Link DIR-615-C1 WAP running DD-WRT in my lounge, connected to my main router via ethernet cable. It's been working fine for months, but just stopped a few days ago, i'm not sure why.

I have it set up to be a wap/switch, not do DCHP, and has its own SSID and a static IP. I've set it up again based on the instructions on this page, but it didn't help. I've rebooted, hit the reset button, screwed the aerials out and in, nothing seems to help. It all looks fine in the setup but my iPod can't find the WAP in the lounge, just the WAP in my office at the other end of the house, which is a bit weak as it's a bit of a distance away.

I'll attach links to screenshots of my setup below, can anyone spot anything wrong?

This evening I did a 30/30/30 reset and set it up again from scratch, nothing changed. I'm starting to suspect faulty hardware.

Before I return it does anyone have any suggestions about things to try?
