With half-bridge mode, your router should be set to Dynamic IP / DHCP.
Your ISP username and password should be entered into your modem, along with your other ISP settings. When your modem connects to your ISP and is in half-bridge mode, it will then pass on your public IP address to your router via DHCP.
If that doesn't work, let us know what model of modem you have and someone should be able to help you.
You might need to enter the DNS server addresses, but the others shouldn't matter. Not sure why the MAC address is set to 00:00:00... but see if it works before changing it.
You were thinking of PPP in your router because it would be done like that for a full bridge, but your router probably can't do PPPoA anyway. I reckon it will probably pickup the DNS automatically too with the dynamic IP, but I'm sure you are testing that already.
