doesnt help when the first thing people ask for are line stats, that you have to go away, wait 90 mins on the phone, talk to someone that might not even know what you are talking about.

What should I say to Vodafone help to enable them to understand the issue?


If speed is fine over Ethernet and what you expect and the speed issue is only over WiFi then really it comes back to fault checking on your side not the Vodafone side,

Speed is poor through vodafone station regardless if ethernet or wifi
