Probably overkill but Mikrotek Wireless wire is a nice prepaired 60ghz solution that will do 1Gbps over a 100+ meters, at around $400 it may be out of budget. I've got one setup and it's excellent full gigabit through it, and being 60ghz doesn't conflict with the existing 2.4ghz or 5ghz networks.

The mesh network points don't even notice it's there.

OP needs line of sight to implement a 60 GHz solution.

Spark Max Fibre using Mikrotik CCR1009-8G-1S-1S+, CRS125-24G-1S, Unifi UAP, U6-Pro, UAP-AC-M-Pro, Apple TV 4K (2022), Apple TV 4K (2017), iPad Air 1st gen, iPad Air 4th gen, iPhone 13, SkyNZ3151 (the white box). If it doesn't move then it's data cabled.

True, less ideal for 60ghz, they work fine through two windows assuming they're up above head height, but roofing is probably a bit much. Even 2.4ghz isn't going to be ideal going through a metal roof, ideally for most of these solutions it would be best to work out how to mount them externally.

tchart: I’ve had good experiences with the TP-Link Litebeam and also their outdoor access points. They don’t break the bank either.

Both include POE injectors too.
this should work.  no guarantees however for indoor usage between two buildings at 50m

This is indoor usage between two buildings at about 10m.

I’ll look into the TP Link and Nanobeam options.

Ended up going with indoor TP Link Deco X20 units, they are probably 10m apart but sitting in the closest rooms of the respective dwellings (rather than in roof space) and everything works perfectly.
