Bear in mind that it looks like the ONT still needs to be installed; that will take up a significant amount of space.
You can free up some space by re-arranging the power layout.
i would see if i could move everything at the top over to one side then get a small dlink/tplink 8 port switch which could also fit in the top. then there will be space for the ONT. I would try and get the ONT put as close to the bottom and one side as you can.
Its a shame they mounted that vertically and you lost space due to the cabling not being able to be tucked under at the top of the cabinet. If you look on my photos, I had everything marked down on paper and cut to size for a mockup including measurements and taped inside the cabinet. You have 8 cables setup.. did you say you have an 8 port qnap? you will be one short..
If you only need 3 power sockets, 1 for ont, 1 for switch , one for router. Then you could swap the plugboard out and move it to the side ?

haha ONT put in the middle of all the free space
move the patch panel to the left and mount a switch over top of the incoming CAT6 cables.
The patch panel being vertical is the main problem that I can see its wasting so much area in the small cabinet. It looks to be held in place with cable ties. Your electrician should be able to fix that in 5 or 10 minutes. I would move it to upper left, horizontal and pull up the excess cables. The switch should fit beside or under it ,Can the Chorus Ont have its antennas removed. I assume they can unscrew?
Place the plug board on the right hand side Vertical. If necessary swap it for a 3 socket one since it looks like your router will live outside of the cabinet.
