Dear freitasm

I had followed your instructions to set the IP for Bluetooth Adapter tp 192.168.0.1 and network adapter tp 192.168.2.1 . I can use the ICS for about 20seconds, after that the network connection within the pc and pocket pc disconnected. Is there any problem on the setting?

Desperate for help.

hey, pleaseeeeeeeeee can you tel me houw you got it working, i have exacallty teh same prob, and have been say her for 10 hours solid tryin tog et ICS working with my HP2210 and have had no luck at all.....

i think i have a slightly different network setup to urself, but not that much different.
i have a linux server (dedicated firewall) i just leave it along and it doesnt affect ICS then that goes into my hub along with all my other computers.
My Server's IP is 192.168.0.1
The computer that the iPAC is comected to is: 192.168.0.2
my bluetooth that plugs into my PC sets up as a network device and i have tried nearly every combination fo IP address for that, and also tried a loada IP;s on my HP2210. i have had no luck at all with anything, and it is a bit stressign as well concidering it was 1 of teh main reasons i baught the HP2210 for.

Thanks
Chris

Chris, you say your server ip is 192.168.0.1. ICS requires this address, and no other computer in your network can have it. This is your problem.

If you can not give this address to the Bluetooth Adapter (on the computer hosting the connection), then you'll have to use a third party software, like Winrouter Lite.

Have a look in our guides again to check this. A lot of people miss this.
