Oh sorry, I didn't have a shot at that connected directly, I'm just out and about, I'll have a go when I get back, but the issue went away this weekend with my normal setup

Wonder if the cause of the issue has been resolved..

They seem to be okay for now, I'll keep an eye on them. The cables have all been replaced, so they shouldn't be an issue, but I know how those things can happen. If it's the modem, I'll just wait it out until @ChorusNZ and BigPipe can figure out when they'll decide I'm worthy enough to get fibre installed (see my other thread on that fun). It should have been done last month, but I've gotten the run around with them about it, and they are each seemingly blaming each other.

But for now, it seems to be okay, hopefully it sticks this time around (it's been intermittent in the past). Fingers crossed.

The DV130 is connected as fast as the Ikanos card can dishout VDSL2
So that is fine.
If there is an issue can only be after the DV130, unless you fiddled with the DV130, all you need to from a factory default is the VDSL/VLAN set and MPOa set bridge everything else leave as is.

If you are running an ERL3 then I showed earlier how to make the DV130 visible on Eth0 in bridge mode

60Mbps downstream is about what I get from my 70Mbps connection on speednet
20Mbps from a 30Mbps link is a wee bit slow I get 20 from a 21Mbps upstream connection

make sure nothing else is eating BW if you aren't testing on the DV130 directly

Still a fair few FEC on the upstream. Can't find the thread at the moment, but I recall a DV130 or DV120 doing odd things when the power supply died.

I attempted to set it up so I can see the modem behind the router again, and it's not showing up. I don't mind hooking it straight to my desktop once in a while for testing or whatnot.

Did you give the DV130 an address in the range you set above ? 192.168.100.xxx (not 1 as the ERL3 takes this)
Then you can access the DV130 even though its out of your current IP range

Here is what I've set my DV130 to in LAN settings

All my other gear runs from 192.168.0.xxx on Lan1

Now you can keep an eye on your upstream connection should things slow down.
