Should be easy. Just simply explain that router was to troubleshoot the connection. I'm sure it shouldn't be a problem assuming everything is still in perfect condition.

Yup thats my hope, I did ask them to post TWO return bags with the new-new modem thats on its way, so I could return both modems, hopefully they have sent two bags! Their modem has only been out of the box for about an hour all up and only actually connected to internet for 5mins, its still fresh! Thank you everyone for coming on this journey with me, its been.. ridiculous lol.
