Should be easy. Just simply explain that router was to troubleshoot the connection. I'm sure it shouldn't be a problem assuming everything is still in perfect condition.

Yup thats my hope, I did ask them to post TWO return bags with the new-new modem thats on its way, so I could return both modems, hopefully they have sent two bags! Their modem has only been out of the box for about an hour all up and only actually connected to internet for 5mins, its still fresh! Thank you everyone for coming on this journey with me, its been.. ridiculous lol.

I swear to god, dealing with Skinny is like staying at Fawlty Towers. I asked and confirmed with the lady on the phone, and a different person via email, that they would send out TWO return bags. Well, not only did only 1 bag show up, but its an A4 satchel and too small for the modem to fit in safely for return. I dont know what other IPS are like these days, but I never had this much trouble with my previous ones!

Someone actually got back to me within a few hours, that was nice! They are sending out two large courier return bags, hopefully these fit the modem boxes! Also, they said that they have refunded the $160 for my modem and it should show in my account in 3-5 days, if this is true, im really surprised, I thanked them for actually just doing the thing and not making me have to fight for it like I expected I would. May the rest of my time with Skinny be... uneventful.
