I already have a network engineer for the first project buddy, I just like to get my own take on things as well as others opinions.

AICOM:

I'm new to these products,but in the process of building a few large networks for residential and commercial both with over 125 users each. The best Ubiquiti core router advertises 2 mpps and Mikrotiks routers go up to 42 mpps. does anyone know if these numbers are accurate or even close?

I'm looking at the ER-X + Unifi AC AP LR for a new home that's approx 200 sqm.

Reasoning on the ER-X over the Lite is I need more than 3 ports, I think it would look as follows?

ETH0: Chorus ONT

ETH1: Server

ETH2: Sky over UFB

ETH3: {empty}

ETH4: Unifi AP

I'm anticipating 5 wireless devices. 2 phones and 2 Amazon TV's and an Xbox One.

Not expecting to do anything grunty on the router, static routes & NAT enabled for the XB.

Any thoughts?
