I am new to bluetooth so please forgive me if this is dumb. Basically I want to use the connect to the internet on my 2210 through my 525 but neither device is registering the existence of the other. What can I do?

First you have to pair the devices. Devices can only be seen the first time if they're in "discoverable" mode. You'll have to set the v525 in this mode, then initiate the configuration from your Pocket PC, as instructed in our Bluetooth Guides.
