Hi
In my setup at home I have:
1. Telecom TG582n Wireless Modem with
- wireless turned OFF
- DHCP turned OFF
- IP address of device 192.168.10.1, subnet 255.255.255.0
2. Linksys WRT 610N
- wireless turned ON
- DHCP turned ON with scope from 192.168.10.100 - 192.168.10.120
- IP address of device is 192.168.10.10, subnet 255.255.255.0
There is a cable running from one of the ethernet ports of the Linksys to one of the thernet ports of the Telecom modem.
With such a simple setup I would expect thing the damn thing to just work but it doesn't. I can ping both devices but when i do IPCONFIG /ALL from the Linskys it says that the Default Gateway is 192.168.10.10 (i.e the Linksys itself) it doesn't seem to know about the Telecom modem.
I get no internet access on any devices connected to the Linksys.
Shoudl I put in a static route in the Linksys modem?
Thanks
