Hola, Horacio... After you pair the devices you should connect then and you should connect before starting the program you want to use.

To connect, open the My Bluetooth, find the icon corresponding to the headset and right-click. You should have then a list of option "Connect" to the proper service. On your headset you will then hear a beep, and should click the answer button to actually complete the connection.

Yeap, I did every step, and I actually can connect the headset to the USB BT, but only in audio gateway, and it seems to work fine, it sends packets and every time I press a buttom it seems to recieve them,  but when I go to any application like skype and configure the audio options I cant hear anything... I dont really know what to do... Im using Widcomm drivers... try to get the last but could b/c sme company policy.... Thanks again Mauricio and greetings from Argentina.

After you connect the headset, and before starting the programs which will use them, open the Control Panel and check the sounds aplet. Make sure the default device for sound and recording is the headset. The driver should change this automatically when you connect. If it's not changed then there'll be no sound.
