Please help - I am a complete novice on this and based in the Uk - I have bought the above for my daughter for Christmas to use with a bluetooth headset and trying it out before I wrap it up.

The problem I have is that when I load the software the message i get is The bluetooth licence agreement does not include this bluetooth device.  I have looked at your posts from 2004 but the software on windows has been upgraded since then and I am not getting the same information in the Device Manager.  Please can you help or suggest some other bluetooth adaptor that I will not get problems with?  I dont think Microsoft support any bluetooth devices?

Welcome to Geekzone... It looks like Windows loaded its own drivers and the software is trying to access the device and having problems. Check the post on how to change the drivers. If this doesn't help then it could be that this software is not the one for this device.
