i  have been trying to do port forwading and it dont seem to be working i did it for my firewall, router and win xp and im still being told the port is closed.
can anyone pleas help iv tryd everything

Are you using two routers? Are you enabling port forward in both, and are you using correct IP addresses? Are you using a static IP address on your PC?

Is this port for a program or service? If it is for a program, is this program running when you test? Port scanners will only report the port "open" if the server program on your PC is actually running, otherwise there will be no port to be seen.

yep i did it for both and its for utorrent and yep i did it with utorrent running. i am using the right ip address but im not sure about the static ip address
