does anybody have any help for a novice i have widecom bluetooth if i click on my bluetooth places it shuts down and wont detect any device epox btpa02a any advice please.........................bill

This doesn't sound a problem with the printer adapter at all, but a misconfiguration on your PC. You can try removing the Bluetooth software, rebooting, reinstalling and see if it works.

If it doesn't work then I'd say some other software or configuration are conflicting, and in this case it's hard to track down the culprit.
