Afternoon all

I was wondering if it's possible to set up a wireless network connection using Internet access from a 2 Degrees T-stick.

I have a NetGear Wireless router, desktop running Win7 and laptop running Vista.

Any suggestions?

What model net gear wireless router? You really need to give more detailed INFO

There are routers which would allow this via a USB port on them. You could also setup internet connection sharing on either of your computers. Some wireless cars can run in access point mode or you could just use peer-to-peer

What are you trying to achieve?

Also tipp - t-stick was a term created by telecom as a brand for their interent USB devices. It's not a common term used.

Sorry, the router is a WGR614 V6, no USB port.

Why not just buy a Wifi Hotspot with 3G modem built in, Would be much easier

I've recently moved, so this is just a temporary solution until I decide which ISP/plan to commit to, so not wanting to outlay too much cash if I don't have to.

You could try a software solution for a temporary fix,

Try Connectify, it will do what you want (when it works). Go to the bottom of there page and under 'Software' click "connectify hotspot" and download the lite version (free).
