Hiya,
When I first bought my bluetooth dongels I had problems getting the internet working on the client computer. Then all of a sudden it started working, which was great, but a couple of weeks ago something happened to the client bluetooth software and I had to re-install it.

Now, the internet has stopped working on the client desktop, and I can't seem to get it going again. I've run all the wizards time and time again, but still now luck?!

All the settings seem to be in order.

**
Any ideas?
**

Seeing it was working before and the settings were correct, if I re-installed it would the new setting conflict with the old settings??

I am using 2 desktop PCs (both XP);
Alcatel Broadband modem;
2 X-Micro BT dongles.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Mike

IF it worked before then was some change introduced since then. Any software installed since then? Any software updated since then?

Does your network have another DHCP server? Have you replaced the network card in any of the computers?

The only thing I have installed is 'Nokia PC suite' which I then uninstalled but I was left with 'Nokia Connection Manager' which is in the control panel and runs on startup but I cant seem to delete it ur uninstall it.

I havent changed any settings, I just ran 'Network Setup Wizard'/

I can connect to the host PC fine, but when I open Internet Explorer on client PC the 'Connect/Work offline' box comes up?!

Network Setup Wizard changes a lot in configuration settings. You have to check everything on your network, make sure the receiving adapter on your server computer have the address 192.168.0.1 and that the adapter from where ICS is established on your server computer is not this.

Also make sure to enter your ISP's DNS in the appropriate fields on the receiving side.
