I like this foldable keyboard which is small but has large keys. I want to use it regularly with my laptop but could not figure out how? It does not come with drivers for regular windows XP. DOes anyone know where to find it?

I think the HP keyboard works only with their own Pocket PCs. Perhaps you should look at the Think Outside series? These will work with Windows XP SP2.

Also note that older Bluetooth drivers will not work with mouse and keyboard. You must be using the Windows XP SP2 drivers or the most recent ones for your adapter.
