I'm doing some in-wall re-cabling.

One option I have to make things simple is to use existing holes with Cat6 in the same hole as an existing RF aerial for Freeview.

I have avoided sharing alongside all 220v power cables but where necessary passed over them at 90 degrees. Which leads me to this spare RF hole in the framing.

Can Cat6 occupy RF for 5 meters or more without interference?

Yep, its normal practice and no problems in doing so, infact its pretty normal to run cat6 and RG6 for many 10s of meters on common pathways.

Thanks - It's always best to check with those who know before you start doing things on the chance, '...it SHOULD work..."..

Thank you for the advice - simple cabling solution now pending..
