I'm putting up a long distance wifi link but need to install some quite tall masts to mount the antenna on.

I've found a NZ supplier (signalmaster) who can supply all the bits......but there is a 4-6 week wait while the bits come out of Australia, the install is happening mid next week :(

The parts i'm after are as follows

1 x       Iron Ridge Mount for guyed mast                             FB606374
1 x       Galv pole 4.5m x 38mm x 1.6mm (15' x 1-1/2")        BC602930
1 x       Guy Plate 38mm (to suit 38mm mast)                       FB902312
1 x       Lock Ring 38mm (to suit 38mm mast)                      FB902186
4 x       Guy Cleat Galvanised                                                 FB602770
1 x       Guy Wire 30m 7/1.25                                                  FB602658

So anyone know where I can source these some where a more local, currently local for me is the Waikato but I'm will to consider anywhere in NZ that can supply the parts

Seems like something any local engineering shop could knock up, no?

Could you try getting hold of TV aerial installers, a lot of them should have that sort of gear?

most likely could, but getting it galvanised and back in time would be the problem, Really looking for something off the shelf right now

You could get the standard ridge mount from Stewarts or Cory's.
Then go to Steel & Tube and buy a length (6m) of your 38mm tube - they have two types of galv. One is galvd' both sides and the other is only galved on the outside. Shouldn't cost more than maybe $60 for that size.
Then while you are at steel & tube get some u-bolts to bolt the 38mm pipe to the standard small ridge mount you get from Cory's - maybe use 3 u-bolts just to be safe.
So you will have the standard sized mount from Cory's and then in parallel with that will be your 38mm pipe bolted on with u-bolts. The U-bolts will just need a plate on the back which I am sure steel & tube will be able to sell you.
From there you can attach guy wires and will be away laughing.

A local engineer shop would most likely have over 4.5M of galvanized tube of that diameter or close to. I had a 3M pole ontop of my house that had no guy wires just strapped to the analog TV aerial. Made a Point to Point 54Mbps wifi link with those TP-Link devices between my house and a mate in Glenfield. My local Mitre 10 had those items.
