goes down for 5 secs, refresh and all is sorted within 10 secs ?????????

have updated the Intel NVM Update n my network drivers, started after joining SNAP fibre but not sure how a new provider would have caused this, (changed from a Linksys to a Fritzbox router) other Laptops and tablets phones on WIFI seems ok
be grateful if there were some suggestions I would use to find the problem

Description Intel LAN Driver V17.3.0.0 for Windows XP 32bit & XP 64bit & Win7 32bit & Win7 64bit & Win8 32bit & Win8 64bit.(WHQL)
Intel LAN Driver V17.3.0.0 for Windows XP 32bit & XP 64bit & Win7 32bit & Win7 64bit & Win8 32bit & Win8 64bit.(WHQL)

*Note: Please install NVM Update Utility for Intel 82579V Gigabit Ethernet PHY Network Connection first before you update this driver.
The URL of the Utility: File Size 159,86 MBytesupdate

edit*** i can still game online for a couple of hours and pull down a 500MB file, the problem manifest when browsing on firefox/chrome like every 2-3 minutes
