Hi all,

Got home from work today to find that my Draytek 2750 no longer gives any of my devices access to the internet, according to Windows 8's troubleshooter i have a DNS issue but I've no idea how to remedy this. Factory restored the modem and input all the correct values listed on the Draytek website but i still get the error.

Would anyone be kind enough to give some advice to this clueless poster?

Thanks

Have you tried phoning your ISP?

The last two days I have seen a few people who cannot access email or internet even though they are connected and can ping the gateway.

Have you tried forcing googles DNS in the draytek? 8.8.8.8

Hi thanks for your reply!

I did try phoning last night with less than stellar results, ran around in circles reconfiguring the modem but I've since confirmed that it isn't incorrect information

Forced the DNS to 8.8.8.8 but nothing has changed.

Do you have another modem you can test or borrow?

As far as I know all the issues I mentioned earlier have resolved themselves. If you are still having trouble I would point the finger at the modem if your ISP say there is nothing on thier end.
