ok i am getting verzion dsl (regard spelling) i do not have mony for a wireless router.Do i need a wireless router for one computer?My dad said that they should run a cable from outside and install plugs for the dsl ect. do i need a wireless router for one computer?

You should be able to connect a single PC directly to the DSL modem, via cable...
