hi i need help i bought a new bluetooth usb USB 100M BLUETOOTH ADAPTER / DONGLE and im try to set it up on my sony laptop and pda and i dont know what i am? doing i need help

First thing is to install the software from the CD. Only then plug the adapter.

Then configure the software to make it discoverable and start creating "pairings". A Bluetooth Pairing will "introduce" the devices to each other and then you can start using the various Bluetooth functions.

i have wireless so would that work with that and also it always thinks it is charging?

It will work regardless of other wireless technologies. As for the "always thinking it's charging" issue, check your other thread, as this is not related to Bluetooth.
