Im not even sure if im posting this in the right forum but i think it might be.. 

 

Anyway , we are getting VDSL installed in 2 days and we have a monitored alarm that every time we use it the internet cuts out for like 20seconds and im wondering if that well effect the Dynamic Line Management process that VDSL goes through ??

we have a monitored alarm and VDSL and have no issues, i would has it a guess that its to do with how the alarm is connected to the phone line.

A master filter and a dedicated VDSL jack should sort this out as it will isolate the VDSL from the alarm
