Just saw @sbiddle has a blog entry "Why is my wifi slow?" currently on the front page of digg.com

Congrats to him

I think they are trying to be like the register where they use words like fondleslab (tablet) and other weird references, but for an american market.

Sorry, had trouble reading your blog. There was too much info to download over my Wi-Fi connection, so there must be a fault with your blog.

Chorus has spent $1.4 billion on making their xDSL broadband network faster and even more now as they are upgrading their rural Conklins. If your still stuck on ADSL or VDSL, why not spend $195 on a master filter install to make sure you are getting the most out of your connection?
I install - Naked DSL, DSL Master Splitters, VoIP, data cabling and general computer support for home and small business.

so the Spark Ventures CTO posted this speedtest over WiFi on the Bigpipe 200/200 plan (it says spark because we were fiddling with some IP ranges that they still own)

Any tips on how to improve it?  It's very frustrating that WiFi performance is so terrible like this.

LOL speedtest still says "faster than 99% of NZ"

I'd love to be in that 1% range... oh and how does 1% of NZ have faster that 200/200

Good night.
