I'm having trouble geting my bt200 head set to work.it pairs ok with my m1000 and i have set as headset profile and not as headset. but doesent work when making or reciving calls.works ok with my samsung phone so i know it works .any idear's?

Strange... I gather you are still running the original Windows Mobile 2003 on this device? Does it have enough  Program memory available? Have you tried it just after a soft reset?

If nothing helps you might have to delete the pairing and add it again, accepting the defaults. Also, I don't think the BT200 can support more than one pairing, so if you paired the BT200 with another device after pairing it with your M1000 it may not work with the M100 again unless you do the pairing again.

If everything else fails, a hard reset should be required...
