i have a acer aspire 9513 wsmi and my bluetooth device was working just fine but the couple of days my labtop cant find my bluetooth device i didnt format it or remove anything just happen i check in my device manager and it says that the device is working but when i want to do anything with it is keep saying me that the device is not found or the device might not be install correctly  it  may be turn off  ,disable or not operational

i realy have no idea what to do with i download the driver updates but  i cant install them cos there is not such a device ;//
i didnt change anything or remove anything it just stop working..

any ideas??

Have you tried uninstalling the device from the device manager and restarting your laptop and then see if it reinstalls ok?
