Ild say i simply have the name of them wrong and thats why i cant find them, but im looking for Rj45 flush boxes similar to the ones chorus use.

They are more suited to cleanup some wiring rather than an inwall rj45 jackpoint.

Where would be best to find them?

Ild assume corys or jaycar would be the go, but i cant seem to find them in the catalogue.

PDL flushbox
Do you mean one of these types of things? This is a standard PDL flush box.

Any good electrical wholesaler will carry them. I'm sure cablesdirect would as well if you want to buy online.

Hi, got some from Corys today, they are a standard stock item, Chorus get them from the same source.

the other ones they (Chorus) use (1 or 2 Sockets) are made by TE Connectivity (Tyco) and are the surface mount AMP keystone jack version - they stick proud of the wall

Stewarts/JA Russell hold these on stock. They are a Dynamix product.

Cory's would be the other place.
