Hi,

We have a Zyxel VMG8324-B10a Router for our ADSL connection (we don't yet have access to VDSL or Fiber).

We are using this router to network (wired) multiple devices,  plus running our VOIP phones,  and Wifi access.

We live in a rural area,  where there is no other Wifi networks present.

Everything works fine with it,  expect the Wifi,  which is constinally disconnecting and reconnecting devices (normally 3 devices) thihs is ultermitally very annoying and the misses is starting to go "barking mad" - because of it,  which of course is causing me to go insane......

So far we have tried changing the channels that run the Wifi and still no change (well actually -this coursed the router to jam and I had to do a hard reset).

So before I go deaf from the complaints that I head about the misses precious i-phone not being able to connect to facebook,  is there someone out there that can help me :)  or advise me what to look for :)

Pleassssseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Thank you

You're not using channel 13 at all are you? If so Apple devices can't connect to channel 13 as it's a channel that's allowed in NZ but not the USA.

Other than that all I can say is that WiFi related issues with Apple products are a total nightmare.

Are you using 20Mhz channels? You should be using these and not 40Mhz.
