My daughter recently purchased a new HP Pavilion 15-p233TU laptop, which has built-in Bluetooth.

However, we cannot get a BT mouse to work ... BT is turned on, the machine 'discovers' the mouse, and we get the 'paired' notification, yet no movement of cursor when using the mouse.

Any suggestions or opinions would be welcome.
