We've rent an office at Apollo Drive North Shore. There is no UFB yet. Only ADSL or VDSL.
We do need a static IP address and about 200GB/mth data unlimited will be better, most important thing is need to be fast enough for our IP PBX and other internet stuffs.

thanks very much in advance for your help. Cheers,

As far as I'm aware Apollo Drive should have UFB available. Are you sure it isn't?

Apollo Drive looks like it's UFB covered already.

UFB is also available in Ceres Court. Personally, I would be pushing for it.

Other than that, I'd just look to Spark to provide a connection - be it VDSL or UFB. Their business broadband plans allow for a static IP on request, at no extra cost. Unlimited plans are available for about $169 for VDSL and hat includes their OfficeLine or whatever it's called (TotalOffice?) landline thing.

Thank you very much. But we don't need a phone line, we've had our own with 2talk for years.
So Naked UFB is good for us.

BTW, how is SNAP? are they any good? Cheers,

That's a bit different to no UFB being available in the area.

Yeah contact a specialist business ISP like Voyager or DTS. Generally they are able to present more options than the large consumer focused Telco's and provide better service.
