I am hoping someone can help me. I have been having a terrible time as of late with my internet. It started about 6 weeks ago, every night at 2am my internet would go down for about 10 mins. The problem was always the connection to the isp. Slowly over time is has gotten worse until today it seems to no longer connect at all. I have rebooted the router several times, I have reset to factory also and double checked my double checks on all account information and connection type information like the pppoa and what have you. My isp is kinect.co.nz. unfortunately I did not have logs turned off after resetting back to default and did not remember to back up the ones from earlier. Here is all it has logged in the last 10 mins. As well as a test result from trying to connect.
