What "doesn't work"?

Can you open Bluetooth from Control Panel and will it say "no hardware"? Or the mouse doesn't work when you turn Bluetooth on? If this, have you paired the mouse and the PC?

Have you used Bluetooth before on this laptop? Some laptops are "Bluetooth ready" but don't actually have the Bluetooth hardware.

Hi

the laptop has a Dell Truemobile 300 bluetooth card in it but I have never used bluetooth on the PC before.

When I go to 'dEvice manager' I cant see any Bluetooth devices in the lsit. Needless to say when I set the mouse to search for bluetooth devices it cant find anything.

Pressing FN+F2 doesn't do anything. Do you think there is a fault with the bluetooth card in the laptop?
