Hi All,

I've been experiencing strange problems with my internet connection. I have TD-W8950ND 150Mbps Wireless N ADSL2+ Modem Router. There used to be 2 computers connected up, via ethernet cable (plus phones, tablet, smart tv). After we got another computer and connected it up to the modem, I have started getting the yellow triangle symbol on the internet icon in Windows quite often. When it happens, I am unable to use the internet. This rarely occurred when we only had 2 computers. I've talked to Spark and PB Tech(where I bought the modem), but they are unsure as well. I have tried finding an update to the firmware, but the model is no longer listed on the TP-Link website. I noticed that it does not support IPv6. Could this be the cause of the problem? I have noticed that sometimes Facebook is slow to load, especially when I scroll downwards.

I would greatly appreciate any help with this annoying problem

Thanks.

I've never gotten a dialog box with that error. Is there any way to check?
