Now that I have my internet problem worked out, I have another question for the experts.

Is it possible to hook up from my notebook to my desktop so I can access the C and D drive thereupon?

I've never tried it myself, but if they can see each other it should work. Try right-clicking a folder (create a temp test one) and select sharing. Give it a name (tip: if the name ends with $ the folder will not show if someone scans your machines).

From the other machine open Windows Explorer and select Tools | Map Network drive... Enter a letter and the other machine name, plus the folder name (including $ if you put it there).

If all is ok you should be all set. Mind you it only works if you have Sharing Folder and Printer enabled in both network adapters in each machine.

Let us know if it works via Bluetooth!
