For some reason I can't access my websites

I have Vodafone as my broadband provider here in New Zealand and use Hostgator for webhosting.

Since this morning I can't access any of my websites (like www.ponaamoo.co.nz).

I have contacted Hostgator and they are informing me as a problem between America and New Zealand.

(as far as I know) I don't have problems with acessing any other website either here in New Zealand, America or ...

Does anyone have the same issues, where do I need to be?

Thank you heaps for trying. But why is it not working with me?

And also it doesn't work on my mobile phone

Are you located in America or here in New Zealand. As it seems that the websites are working perfectly in America but not here in New Zealand.

Tried my mobile (after switching off the wifi) - so thats on Skinny(Spark).

Working fine on that as well.

Is your mobile using your VF wifi connection?

Or is your mobile with VF as well?

Thank you heaps.

Yes found out it is with Vodafone and international websites.

Very frustrating as it did cost about over an hour to find out what was happening

And knowing that when running a business, nobody can access your website who has vodafone. And I am not able to send my shipments for today as all info is on the website!

It seems that this was wrong from 1am last night....Wouw what a time is passed for such an important issue.

And worse: when you call, the front office isn't aware of this and asking all these stupid basic questions.

Thank you for reassuring that I was not the only one, that was really what I needed when talking up that brickwall

Yeah, i would hope they had better monitoring inplace to pickup on this.

im a meter watcher myself, so i did spot it pretty quick

Some routes did recover nicely, Here is one of my affected hosts, you can see the dropouts that hit at 1am but quickly another path was found.
