My MS desktop bluetooth works great with my mouse and keyboard, but not with my phone.
This is what I have done.

First I installed the MS bluetooth software, added the keyboard and mouse, everything works fine. Then I added the phone, and authenticated it, that worked fine too. But when I installed the SE software things didn't turn out so well. None of the SE programmes can find my phone. I've added my computer on the phone, that worked well too, but when I tried to search for servies it said that noen were available/found....
I can on the other hand use the remote function. I can control my "pointer" with my phone, use media player, and powerpoint. But what I really wanted was to send images to the computer, and send mp3 to the phone.

anyone knows what might be wrong, what I might be doing wrong?

The Microsoft stack does not support all functions required to transfer files and images. It's not a problem with your configuration, but the software in its current version.

Using the SE software on the other hand should work fine. It just needs some configuration to be done. Make sure you configure the COM port to the Incoming (server) port.

So what you are saying is that it IS possible to transfer mp3 and images, but I just need to make sure the com port is the incomming port? hmm...how do I do that?

It's a good guide. The problem is that it requires some tweaking which some users may not be comfortable with, and using third party software. we had those instructions here but decided to remove them because of copyright issues.

Okei.
But even for none "geek" member this guide is pretty easy to use...
I would recommend it to everyone that got problems, well I do understand how to help them now that I do know the guide, but still nice guide ;)
