I find it easier to tweet pictures and then embedd them when I am on mobile compared to the uploader on here.

Try yellow and black into 2 and 5. The outdoor wire is thicker than the indoor stuff so would normally have been joined on with joiners since the slots dont take 2 different sizes of wires that well. The fact that they are stripped makes it look like someone did a ghetto fix up and stuck them into the terminals in the past as no telco installer would leave it like that unless they were actually a sky installer.

If yellow and black do not work, then try the other pair of white and brown into 2 and 5 as it may be set up on the second pair.

2 and 5 are where the line goes in any case, polarity does not matter.

1.You need a tool known as a Krone tool to terminate this connection properly

2. The wiring that is still on the jackpoint is none standard. The red and the green wires are around the wrong way but dont change it if that is the way they were.

3. The other cable appears to be the incoming line - the standard colour sequence is Yellow & Black , White & Brown. If this is standard then the Yellow should be punched down over the Green wire and the Black should be punched down over the white wire.
