That impressive lightning storm we had over Auckland last night seems to have wrecked my modem. The modem (a Draytek 12) still runs, and I can access it's GUI in the browser, but the internet LED never comes on. My fallback modem works fine. I've tried resetting and re-configuring the 120, but it doesn't seem to have helped. Any suggestions before I bin it?

Replace it with a Draytek 130 - then you'll have VDSL option in future.  wink

Does the DSL led come on? Just trying to narrow down where the problem may be.

Is there a factory reset on the modem, not just a reboot?

What about the configuration has that changed at all?

This shows how the internet connection should be configured.

The User name and password will be what your ISP gave you, the one shown is for Spark
