Thanks 1eStar. Is that locked to Spark?
Would the Huawei E5786s-63a be the best model to buy for NZ unlocked for any network ?

I have the one for sale. "Huawei E585 Mobile (click for specs) Wifi / 3G access point 2degrees". It's from the 3 network in the UK, and it works perfectly on 2degrees - no idea if it'll work on others. It's not 4G, it's 3G, but it's fast enough for what I was doing, 7Mbps down, 5Mbps up. Charges on USB, comes with the rechargable battery but no charger. Frequencies
$50 and its yours, including a bit of credit on it, 1/4 the price of a new one. I used it for a couple of months is all.
Thanks for the offer timmmay. I'll keep researching at this stage. I'm hoping to connect it to my Blackvue/Cloud and send full HD over the interwebs
Ah yes, sending full HD you may want something faster.
1eStar: ideally a device that supported 700+1800+2300+2600 would be available. I'm not sure of all the band numbers maybe B28, B1, B40 and B41?
I believe it's 3, 7, 28 and 40 (but I'm not 100% sure).
