For several months, I have noticed my Chrome web browsing to stop for 10-20 seconds, my Cisco VPN to Work drop 2-3 times during a day and my FireTV streaming to drop.

I am using Vodafone VDSL -> Vigor 130 -> Edgerouter Lite 3 (WAN+2LAN) -> powerline (and a bit of wifi). Typically, I get 34 downs and 9.5 up on the powerlines (without being exact).

I also use DNS4ME.

On one powerline I have a Vodafone HG659 acting as an access point.

Both the router and the access point have been re-booted.

If I ping the router at 192.168.1.1 (attached to the HG659 on 192.168.1.253), I typically get 3-4 ms.

This can spike to 56, 20, 521, 595, 29, 628, 1091 (intermittent)

Every now and then I get a Request Time Out (occasional).

By coincidence, while doing some testing for today and browsing geekzone I was stopped from browsing, but did have a ping -t running against the router.

During the browsing stoppage, it went from 3ms (normal), to 176, 146, 17, 3 (normal), 25, 343 ,77 ,77 ,251 ,469 ,10 ,10, 3 (back to normal).

Also, before the reboot, I would get 'A network change was detected'. After 30-60 seconds, all was back to normal. So far, after the reboot I haven't had this message.

Any help will be appreciated.

'vi' of my config file.
