Hey guys

Looking at doing a 3rd party firmware upgrade to my Linksys WAG200G. After some quick googling it looks like this is a Aus/NZ product or product code only and 3rd party firmware sites don't list this as a supported model. I can't seem to find this model # on the linksys site under support either (although there are some other routers that look quite similar).

My question is - is there an equivalent model # in the US. Looking at upgrading to Tomato and it looks like it supports;

I really want to boost my wi-fi signal (via xmit power) but am terrified of bricking the router becaues the people I live with will do bad things to me if I do!

All help + guidance appreciated

I think in this case you might be out of luck, because you aren't going to be running Tomato on that router. it might happen on DD-WRT (I saw something in their forums about it).

i recently bought a WRT54GL, specifically to flash it with Tomato, and it was probably the best $160 I have spent in for internet purposes.
