I've got a Ubiquiti Unifi Security Gateway router.

I just cant seem to find away to get the port forward to work?

Has anyone else on geek zone had a similer issuie?

The Alarm is set to the correct ip address and can be seen on the network..

Any Help would be great!

What's sitting in front of the USG?

A *DSL router in bridge mode, ONT or something else potentially running double NAT?

USG Wan is pluged into the ONT (Bigpipe)

Lan is pluged into a Unifi 16 port switch.

If you don't have a static IP from Bigpipe, then you're going via CGNAT which means you can't port forward

Static IP is a one off fee from Bigpipe, then you'll be set :)

This. You don't currently have an IP address that is routable from the public internet.
