Hi There,

 

I've got a Ubiquiti Unifi Security Gateway router.  

 

I just cant seem to find away to get the port forward to work? 

 

Has anyone else on geek zone had a similer issuie?

 

The Alarm is set to the correct ip address and can be seen on the network..

 

Any Help would be great!

What's sitting in front of the USG?

 

A *DSL router in bridge mode, ONT or something else potentially running double NAT?

USG Wan is pluged into the ONT (Bigpipe)

 

Lan is pluged into a Unifi 16 port switch.

I assume you have static IP with Big Pipe?

NO Static ip.. Its for a paradox alarm.. The installers have said its not necessary

Static IP is a one off fee from Bigpipe, then you'll be set :)
