Hi,

Has anyone recently tried to remove the 2degrees settings from a Fritz!Box 7490?  I've moved back to Spark and want to use my Fritz!Box as the UFB modem/router for my Spark connection and I can't seem to achieve it.  I have followed the instructions in the following link however this doesn't work for me as when I use the recovery tool I don't get a "complaint message about the settings being set by a service provider".

If anyone has had luck flashing their FritzBox back to non-carrier factory settings I would be grateful for your help.

Thanks

I did exactly this to a TradeMe bought 2Degrees 7490.

I followed the last post by unsignedint on a Win 10 PC, and it went fine.

From memory I did it twice, bu I don't remember if I got the message.  Just go ahead and open the cmd prompt when it has established a connection.

No more log messages about getting settings from 2degrees.
