Okay, tearing my hair out now, been looking everywhere on the net, all the forums etc and I can't get this bloody combination working for audio. Audio gateway works, when I click the receive button on the Jabra the audio gateway connects but the sound control in XP is blacked out (analogue), no matter what I try I cannot get this thing working but it should......

Widcomm 1.4.2.1 sp4 drivers (also used the old 1.3.7 drivers.......

Can anyone shed some light on what I might be doing wrong? The items are paired fine, services found etc, just no audio coming through....

Many thanks.

When you connect, does it change the Control Panel Sounds and Audio Devices playback to Bluetooth, or does it remain on the current audio card? You can change this manually after the connection is established and see what happens.

Hi, thanks for the reply, yes it does change to bluetooth audio, but like I said the panel greys out the (analogue) audio slider, everything else isn't but the main volume is greyed out.

I think there's nothing much else... Perhaps you could try Add New Hardware when the Bluetooth audio is connected, just to see if Windows will identify this and load the driver? Other than this, I think it's a problem with sound drivers. As you imagine it works for other configurations.
