Hi

Merry Christmas!

I've purchased a Netcomm modem, a NF15ACV

When I open wifi on my device, the choices of wifi I get are "Grey Internet 1 and 2"

I'm sure it's supposed to say netcomm or something similar

None of the passwords supplied work

I'd love some advice

Cheers

Sounds like your model could have possibly been a floor model? or second hand..

Give it a quick factory reset and you should be away!

now go enjoy Christmas with working internet ;)

Gidday

The reset button worked like a charm but dispite following the steps in the manual, still can't get internet access and the family want blood. Any suggestions?
I have googled the heck out of this but can't find a thing

The Vodafone ASDL settings can be found at http://www.geekzone.co.nz/kingoe/4616

In the NF15ACV menus go to WAN -> ADSL WAN -> ADSL WAN and you can enter the settings here.

The wireless settings are located at Wireless -> Wireless 2.4GHz -> Basic Settings/Security and Wireless -> Wireless 5GHz -> Basic Settings/Security.
