I have just moved my desktop down into the barn at my home which is about 100m from the house. Problem is that is too far to receive a signal from my belkin wireless network adadpter so I was wondering what should I use. I am using airnet as my internet provider (if that helps) and the barn is one of those totalspan ones (computer is on the second floor) which may affect the signal... I'm not really sure.

The belkin is currently transmitting through two wooden walls, the metal barn, plywood wall in the barn and about 20cm of pinkbatts insulation... enough info? Tongue out

Also will I have to buy a pci card or something for my big computer to receive the wireless signal. Thanks.
